Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any service with Aarsa Wellness. By confirming a booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
These terms are designed to ensure a seamless, professional, and premium experience for both the client and Aarsa Wellness.

1. Bookings & Confirmation
How to Book
Bookings may be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or direct consultation.
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
1. The required deposit has been received in full; and
2.Written confirmation has been issued by Aarsa Wellness.
Recommended Booking Window
We recommend securing your booking at least 2 to 3 months before your wedding date to ensure availability and allow sufficient time for any recommended pre-wedding grooming or skin care preparation.
Bookings are accepted on a strictly first-confirmed, first-served basis.
2. Booking Information
Accurate Information Required
Clients must provide complete and accurate information at the time of booking, including but not limited to:
Wedding date
Venue location(s)
Required ready time
Service selections
Skin sensitivities, allergies, or relevant medical conditions
Aarsa Wellness shall not be liable for any issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or undisclosed information.
Confirmed Timeline is Binding
The confirmed schedule and ready time form the basis of our planning and resource allocation.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the timeline provided is accurate and realistic, taking into account:
Venue access
Photography schedules
Ceremony timings
Travel requirements
Other vendor coordination
3. Changes to Confirmed Booking Details
Any changes to a confirmed booking may incur additional charges.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Earlier start times
Changes to venue location
Splitting a single session into multiple sessions
Altering the service sequence
Additional services requested after confirmation
All applicable charges will be communicated and must be accepted before changes are implemented.
Changes That Cannot Be Accommodated
If requested changes materially alter the booking to the extent that Aarsa Wellness is unable to fulfil the service, the booking may be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply.
Aarsa Wellness reserves the sole right to determine whether requested changes are operationally feasible.
4. Deposit & Payment Policy
Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package value is required to secure your booking.
No dates or time slots will be reserved until the deposit has been received.
Final Balance
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the wedding date.
Failure to settle the outstanding balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of any monies already paid.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include:
Bank transfer
FPX online banking
Other payment methods approved by Aarsa Wellness
All charges are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
5. Cancellation Policy
Written Notice Required
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email.
Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Service Date
The booking deposit remains non-refundable.
Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before Service Date
The 50% deposit will be forfeited.
No-Show
If the client fails to attend or is unavailable at the agreed service time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show.
In such cases:
100% of the total booking value will be forfeited.
No refund will be provided.
Rescheduling will not be offered.
6. Refund Policy
The booking deposit is non-refundable once paid, except where Aarsa Wellness is unable to fulfil the confirmed booking.
If Aarsa Wellness is unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances within our control, all payments received will be refunded in full within 7 business days.
7. Rescheduling Policy
30 Days or More Notice
Rescheduling requests made at least 30 days before the service date will be accommodated subject to availability at no administrative charge.
Less Than 30 Days Notice
Rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the service date:
Are subject to availability; and
Incur a non - waivable administrative fee of RM150.
Early Time Surcharge
If the revised schedule requires Aarsa Wellness to begin earlier than originally confirmed, an Early TimeSurcharge of RM250 per hour (or part thereof) will apply.
Example
Original confirmed ready time: 9:00 AM New requested ready time: 7:00 AM (2 hours earlier, less than 30 days notice)
Additional charges:
RM150 administrative fee
RM500 early start surcharge
Total Additional Charge: RM650
All additional charges must be paid in full before services are rendered.
8. Service Results Disclaimer
Aarsa Wellness will make every reasonable effort to deliver the desired result discussed during the consultation.
However, outcomes may vary depending on factors including:
Skin type
Skin condition
Hair texture and density
Environmental conditions
Individual sensitivities
Aarsa Wellness does not guarantee identical results to reference images.
9. Trial Sessions
Aarsa Wellness does not provide trial sessions unless specifically stated in the selected package.
Services are performed based on a detailed consultation and our professional expertise.
Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences clearly during the consultation process.
10. Allergies & Medical Conditions
Clients must disclose all relevant allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, and medical concerns prior to treatment.
By proceeding with services, clients acknowledge that skincare and grooming products may cause irritation or allergic reactions depending on individual sensitivities.
Aarsa Wellness shall not be liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
11. Satisfaction Policy
Any concerns regarding the service must be raised during the appointment so that reasonable corrective action may be taken immediately.
Concerns reported after the completion of services may not be eligible for remediation, refund, or compensation.
12. Photography & Portfolio Use
Standard Policy
Aarsa Wellness may photograph or record before-and-after transformations for use on:
Website
Social media
Marketing materials
Portfolio
By confirming a booking, the client grants Aarsa Wellness the right to use such materials for promotional purposes.
Exclusive Privacy Service
Clients who prefer complete confidentiality may request our Exclusive Privacy Service, under which:
No photographs will be taken.
No videos will be recorded.
No content will be used for promotional purposes.
This service is available at an additional fee, confirmed at the time of booking.
Requests must be made and paid for before booking confirmation.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Aarsa Wellness collects and stores personal information solely for the purposes of:
Booking administration
Client communication
Service delivery
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required by law.
Clients may request deletion of their personal data by contacting us directly.
14. Makeover Room & Venue Requirements
Client Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for arranging a suitable grooming area.
Recommended Setup
The designated area should include:
Adequate lighting
Mirror
Chair
Power access (where necessary)
Sufficient workspace
Delays Caused by Venue Issues
Aarsa Wellness is not responsible for delays or compromised results caused by unsuitable or unavailable venue facilities.
Additional waiting or setup time may incur extra charges.
15. Travel, Parking & Venue Access
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the client is responsible for any:
Parking fees
Valet charges
Toll charges
Venue access fees
These costs will be added to the final invoice where applicable.
16. Professional Conduct
Aarsa Wellness is committed to delivering a respectful, discreet, and professional experience.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services immediately, without refund, if a client or guest engages in behaviour that is:
Abusive
Harassing
Threatening
Inappropriate
Unsafe
17. Substitution of Personnel
Aarsa Wellness reserves the right to assign another suitably qualified professional to perform the booked services where necessary.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aarsa Wellness's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant booking.
19. Force Majeure
Aarsa Wellness shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather
Floods
Fires
Accidents
Traffic disruptions
Public health emergencies
Government restrictions
Power outages
In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the booking or provide an appropriate refund at our discretion.
20. Amendments to Terms
Aarsa Wellness reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of booking shall apply to the confirmed booking.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
22. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
